外国籍の観光ビザ　（INDONESIA VISA FOR JOURNEY）

日本在留資格（１年以上）を有する外国人の観光ビザ

ネパール、ミャンマー、モンゴル、ガーナ、アゼルバイジャン、ウクライナ、ボリビア、コロンビア、パラグアイ等
　の国籍が対象となっております。
必要書類：
●パスポート（原本）：残存期間７ヵ月＋滞在日数以上と査証空白欄３ページ以上が必要です。
●査証申請書（大使館指定フォーム）
●パーソナルヒストリー（指定フォーム）
●英文在学証明書又は英文在職証明書。（無職の場合は家族の英文推薦状）
●証明写真　　１枚（縦４cmX横３cm カラー）
●有効な再入国許可のコピー
●有効な在留資格許可のコピー
●有効な外国人登録証明書の表と裏のコピー
●滞在先ホテルの予約確認書
●E-ticketのお客様控え
＊以上を準備ください。国籍によっては、その他の書類やビザ発給許可書(VTT）の取得が必要となる場合があります
　ので、前もって弊社の担当にご確認ください。

上記以外の外国籍の方は、インドネシアの査証（ビザ）申請時に目的に合ったインドネシア入国管理総局でビザ
発給許可書（VTT）が必要となります。VTT取得手続きには上記必要書類に加え以下の書類を準備しなければなりません。
①現地受け入れ先スポンサーからの招聘状（注：スポンサーは情報省からインタビューを求められます）
発行まで２ヵ月位を要します。
弊社にてビザ発給許可書（VTT)の取得依頼をされた場合の手数料は、５5，０００円となります。

Single Journey Visit Visa

This visa is issued by the Representatives of The Republic of Indonesia to applicants who are going to Indonesia for activities which do not involve taking up employment or receiving any payments whilst in Indonesia for any aspect of government, socio-cultural, and business activities, such as:

Tourism;
Non commercial seminar’s speaker or participant which is related to social, cultural, or government sectors and has prior permit from related Authorities;
Participating in non commercial international exhibition;

The maximum length of stay is 60 (sixty) days from the date of arrival in Indonesia and can be extended / converted.

Documents required:

Fill in the application form (We will send it to you after getting our Application Form)
Copy of first page of passport (passport validity at least 6 (six)months since the date of arrival in Indonesia)
1 (one) color photograph, 3 cm x 4 cm size.
Letter of Invitation from business relation/contact person in Indonesian
Letter of Recommendation from the company that employs the applicant or Certificate of School
Copy of holding temporary stay permit (more than one year) in Japan and Re-entry permit
Copy of your Japanese Alien Registration Card (Front & Back)
Hotel Conformation Slip or Guarantee Letter of Travel Agent (Package Tour, etc)
Copy of Sponsor Identity Card (Front & Back) who's residence is in Indonesia (KTP)
Bank Account Statement (US$2,000 or more)
E-ticket (Round trip)

All visa applications from nationals of the following countries must submit letter of approval from the Indonesian Director General of Immigration in Jakarta before travelling. Your documents need to be processed in Jakarta. This process can take up to 45 days or more before a decision is made and the visa is granted. If your application is approved you will receive a telex visa (VTT) which you can take to the Indonesian Embassy.
The handling fee for VTT : 55,000 yen
